About our Salsa

For over 20 years, Coach McNulty has prepared his original Game Day Salsa recipe for friends & family to devour at parties and events.

Working in restaurants after college gave him a behind-the-scenes glimpse into creating and serving quality food.  Over the years, he has perfected his recipe which includes tomatoes, jalapenos, green, red & yellow peppers, onion & cilantro by using fresh local fruits and vegetables for a true farm-to-table experience.

Frequent feedback is the salsa is so good you can eat it with a spoon!

Now Coach McNulty is sharing Game Day Salsa with you!

About Coach McNulty

GAMEDAY-Salsa-Pepper.png

Founder Coach Brian McNulty has spent his life getting Game Day ready.

He grew up on the football field. This Tampa native played at Jesuit High School where he is a member of the school's Hall of Fame. After high school, he accepted a football scholarship to Michigan State and spent two years playing offensive line in the snow before transferring back home for the privilege to play on USF's 1997 inaugural football team.

After college, Brian transitioned from the field to the sideline where he has served as a high school offensive line coach for 16 years.

Many of his favorite people call him Coach!
